Growing Minds LLC ("Growing Minds," "we," "us," or "our") is a Colorado limited liability company located at 2825 6th Street, Boulder, CO 80304. We create personalized story books for children using artificial intelligence, delivered digitally and as printed books.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using Growing Minds, you represent that you are an adult purchasing on behalf of a child in your care.
Each order includes:
Stories are approximately 24,000 words across 30 chapters, with illustrations generated uniquely for each order. Exact word counts and delivery times may vary.
Every Growing Minds story is written uniquely for your child — using the personal details you provide — and can't be resold, reassigned, or recreated for someone else. Because each book and story is truly one of a kind, we aren't able to offer refunds.
That said, we stand behind every order. If something isn't right — whether it's a delivery issue, a printing problem, or anything else — reach out to us at hello@growingminds.io and we'll figure it out together.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you provide. You agree not to submit information that is false, harmful, obscene, or intended to generate inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order we determine, in our sole discretion, contains inappropriate content.
By providing information about a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and have the right to share that information with us.
Upon purchase and full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the story generated for you. You may print, share, and enjoy the story for personal and family use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the story commercially without our written permission.
The Growing Minds brand, website design, and technology remain the property of Growing Minds LLC.
Our service is provided "as is." While we strive to create high-quality, accurate, and engaging stories, we make no warranties regarding the content, accuracy, or suitability of the stories generated. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growing Minds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
We currently ship printed books within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 13–15 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping is included in the purchase price. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
